Jack Astro - Jack Title Card
This is the title card for Jack Astro in the titular Jack Astro short that can be found on the official Jack Astro Instagram page which contains the socials of all of my team members. This character was conceptualised by Sam Barham who directed his design which was finalised by Ericka Palangan.
This piece was made for a title card in the short. I experimented with galaxy shading that's seen in some of the cover art of Sailor Moon S that I took inspiration from for this piece.

The line art
The basic colour version. The plan was to leave the colour blank where the shading was to be.
Here was the original cut with shading cut out for the galaxy background. At the request of my team leader I changed it & shaded over the colour layer then alpha-locked & coloured.
A new galaxy themed shading layer was set to burn & duplicated to be brighter.
I adjusted the background by adjusting colours by line.
I hsv adjusted the colours of this version at request of my team leader.
