Here's a sneak peek of a big project I'm working on, I think I've really nailed down some good workflows for backgrounds.
Stay tuned for when the project finally launches (eventually anyway.)

Was aiming for the same kind of style that old 90s Cel-shaded anime had, albeit with a more sombre tone for this particular piece.

I tried to acheive a very pleasant, impressionist kind of look to this piece's background.
