Surreal Microwave

Some surreal work with a single hand-painted texture! I found a way to make Krita & Blender work together, it's not too bad for a first attempt, I'll also be working toward a full hand-painted prop next.
Also, did you know that the iconic hum of a microwave isn't universal? The pitch of the hum is dictated by the Giga-Hertz per hour used by the country, if I remember right most NA states use 60 GW/h & most other places use 50 GW/h.

A definitely not wrong render with one of the fluids hidden that definitely wasn't posted everywhere else.

This is the early version of the concept, you can see that the panel of the microwave didn't have a texture yet. It was mostly just to test the concept.

All of the water are fluid sims that I ran independently then applied before moving onto the next.
